I am passionate about supporting people to be truly and fully themselves. The values I base my work on are trust, relationship, service, honesty, humour, realness, challenge, and care.

My role is to listen deeply to what you share, and support you in understanding yourself more fully.

Change may or may not happen. But counselling is likely to lead to a growing compassion for ourselves, to valuing ourselves as we are, to understanding how our past experiences have shaped who we are as adults, and to finding peace with our lives now.

My professional background includes working with drug users in a harm reduction capacity. I currently work one day a week at the Refugee Council, working with asylum-seeking and refugee men.

I hold an Integrative Transpersonal Counselling Diploma from Re-Vision, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I offer both short and long-term, face to face counselling.
