Lucy Roberts
I am an experienced, qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor who can offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns. Whatever is holding you back from living your life with meaning, peace, self-compassion and autonomy is worth talking about.
I work integratively: creatively drawing from a range of approaches to tailor the therapy to your individual needs. I have an easy, sensitive, approach and work very much in collaboration with you.
'I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.' Carl Jung
I work with a diverse range of clients from many different backgrounds and cultures, with a wide range of presenting problems
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked for 5 years at the charity “Action for Happiness” which applies positive psychology to help people increase wellbeing in their homes and communities.
