I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist working with adults experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties to offer a secure confidential space where you are welcome to come as you are and talk freely about what brings you to therapy.

I work holistically to take account of current experience and the past, paying attention to the psychological and the somatic, what is known and what is emerging. As well as more traditional talking therapy I can incorporate creative methods such as drawing and sand play, depending on the needs and desires of the client.  Therapy is not only about alleviating symptoms and dealing with problems. It is also about life satisfaction, feeling at home in your own skin, and being able to express yourself in the world. Being heard and understood are integral to emotional well-being and often intensely liberating.

It is important that you feel comfortable and safe. I offer an initial exploratory meeting so you can decide if you feel at ease talking to me and whether my approach is right for you. There is no obligation to continue after the initial meeting.
